Worshipping Senkoji-Temple in Hirano and Enjoying the Jigoku-do

As Jigoku-do is getting popular as a sightseeing place, people tend to forget that Senkoji is a historical and sacred place with a pure, and calm beauty of Mizukake-Fudo san. Whenever I see the statue, I feel as if he purify my soul even though I am not a religious person at all. It was one of my pleasure to visit Senkoji-temple and threw water on Mizukake-Fudo san (the beautiful buddha statue covered by moss) in a beautiful pond with carps. Mizukake-fudou san Lovely carps. The memories of the old tent show exhibition at MINPAKU and Shoujyo-Tsubaki, the famous cult movie

I’ve just had an offer from my agent to work at the National Museum of Ethnology as an administration staff member, but it has not been decided yet, which reminded me of the last year’s fun memory of the exhibition mentioned below. I went to the exhibition about the history of Japanese show tents at the National Museum of Ethnology in October last year.
