Nobel Prize for literature

Last year, Kazuo Ishiguro won the Nobel Prize for literature!  That is very happy news even for me who read only one book of his.  Because the book I read, Never Let me Go’ moved, depressed, and never let me go from thought…  The feature in the story about Organ Transplantation becoming a common treatment is nothing but hell.  I wonder If the disease that needs Organ Transplantation will become common in our future, or why people do not try to improve their environment or lifestyle?
